I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides ample event facilities at the heart of business activity. The staff was attentive and helpful during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a computer and printer for any last-minute printing or document needs.

Utterly basic, though not so basic as to lack en suite. Helpful staff. Quiet. Amazing value.

Very friendly staff. Simple, basic room - small but modern and clean. Free parking right outside.
Free "wifi" internet advertised but did not work for three days there(it worked fine at local Starbucks and later at home). Staff tried to help but wifi was just not working.

The hotel is located in a quiet environment, perfect for families looking for some rest. It is also conveniently situated close to a shopping center, making it easy to grab any necessities. the rooms are clean and provide comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff are polite and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with a variety of options. Plus, the hotel offers free parking and good internet connection.
The hotel is generally in need of a major refurbishment.

The warm and helpful welcome from the man behind the desk when I arrived. He explained where I could have supper and it was exactly right for me. I was travelling by myself as a woman and I hugely appreciated the helping hand he gave me. I had three musical instruments with me and he helped me upstairs with them. It was a really good experience. The waitresses in the restaurant he recommended (La Tonnelle) were also wonderfully helpful and friendly—and I got 15% off because I was staying at Hôtel Balladins.
The bedclothes smelt of smoke and as a non smoker that was unpleasant. Otherwise everything in the room was simple but in good order.

Everything is faire in this hotel according to price, It's really far from Paris, around 1 hour, but the air is fresh there and it's calm. There are some restaurants around, the room is small but functional. You just ned to be ready for all that, it's nice anyways. :)
We couldn't find the hotel, but it actually is 10 minuts from Gare de la Verriere, just remeber you need to go straight through the bridge and then to the left, nobody told us that, we were lost several times and were driving around in different kinds of transport. :)

The price was excellent. Bed sheets and towels were clean. It's also close to a shopping center, so it was easy enough to find places to eat at night. No elevator. It's a good hotel if you are just looking for a simple place to sleep in and nothing else.
The bathroom is quite small. For those on the chubby side may have a hard time taking a shower if not impossible to get into the bathroom. (I am not skinny but I still had to squeeze in.) Another towel to put on the floor of the bathroom would have been nice. Canal+ was supposed to be available, but it wasn'T. Lighting in the room not enough. WiFi connection is availale, I believe, but it was too complicated (had to type in a phone number etc...), so we gave up on it.

It is close to Versailles and the service desk was very helpful in establishing my internet connection
This hotel had the smallest bathroom that I have ever experienced and a person over 90kg would have real trouble toileting and showering. It was a pity really that the bathroom was so small as the rest of the room wasn't bad value for money. A good stopover for a small, single person who wants a cheap stopover near Paris and Versailles

The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room, though small was clean and everything worked properly. The hotel was quiet. Staff on site all night. Bathroom excellent for size of room and budget.Car parking is on-site and gated, despite bookings.com information.Well worth the money, not expensive for a stopover on our way from Calais to Limoges. What more to ask?

Modern room,good fittings, clean.
Tiny room, terrible wifi system, needs updating to an easier connection process. Reception staff patronising and begrudgingly help when asked.
